Maple is beautifully built on a perfect location but that is all about it. Very poor maintenance, service is bad and rude behaviour of the staff specially night shift staff when you have no option but to spend the night. I had a 10 days trip starting from Delhi to Shimla to Spity and back from Manali to Delhi. The entire trip was amazing only with one bad experience of one night stay in Maple hotel which we choose looking at the view from outside. Strict no no for business and family trips but if still you want to try you can because their rates are comparatively low

The hotel pictures are nice but it is not a well kept hotel. The bed sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were stinky and the house keeping staff was very rude. The kitchen staff was equally bad and always said no for serving food even though the dining area was always empty.

Nice location(on main highway just 1.5 km from mall road)best of the best view from front rooms(u can even hear the soothing river noice)Ample parking space BUT poorly maintained,less wieghtage to higene factor & aaj ke time me room me carpet kaun rakhta hai...they were smelling n not cleaned

The property was build nicely but don't seems to have maintained. Our group was of 2 families and we opted for Family suit. Rooms not cleaned. Washrooms dirty Open wires TV not working Not good service I personally won't recomend to stay here unless rooms and service doesn't matter much.

Good location near to mall road .. hotel amenities are good (Royal Suite)...food is good... I arrived at night by 10:30 ,but still they have served hot food ( as our flight was late so have already informed to hotel to keep food for us as we will have dinner in room. We have took breakfast & dinner plan. Thought we were late check-in was done with in 10 min, as room was kept ready... They have HONEYMOONERS FREEBIES or us with flower of bouquet and few chocolate and wine for us I enjoyed the stay Thank you Mr. Vivek
